Tadelakt

Tadelakt has the smooth surface undulations and refined colour variation of Marmorino Venetian plaster with a medium to high polished finish. Consisting of a unique blend of marble dust, fine marble aggregate, slaked aged lime and other materials, Tadelakt is a highly versatile finish that can produce finishes ranging from contempoary to classical.  Tadelakt blends perfectly in multicoloured applications for even more design options. Inherently water resistant, mold-resistant and durable, Tadelakt can be used on a variety of exterior and interior surfaces, including showers. Cool as stone to the touch, with a rich luster, Tadelakt gives your walls  a sophisticated elegance.

Basic Uses

Tadelakt can be applied over properly prepared interior or exterior surfaces including gypsum wallboard, plaster, stucco, brown-coat, cementations base coats, concrete, masonry, and other approved substrates. When properly finished, it can be used in a shower or other wet environments.
